ORGATEC 2022: Smart Building Arena bringt zusammen, was zusammenkommen muss!

Wenn die Pandemie eines gezeigt hat, dann dies: Immobilien werden immer flexibler genutzt. Daher sind die Ansprüche an deren Flexibilität enorm gestiegen. Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer suchen kreative Schaffensräume in Officegebäuden, Arbeitsplätze mit möglichst professionellem Ambiente und hoher technischer Ausstattung in den eigenen vier Wänden oder die Möglichkeit, unterwegs – beispielsweise in einem Hotel – für einige Stunden konzentriert arbeiten zu können. Architektinnen und Architekten, Bauunternehmen, Investoren, Bauherr:innen oder Profis der Immobilienwirtschaft und Betreibeunternehmen von Gebäuden müssen daher ihre Planungen den neuen Gegebenheiten anpassen oder heute ganz andere Vorteile bei der Vermarktung der Gebäude in den Fokus stellen. Auf jeden Fall gibt es bei allen Beteiligten ein sehr großes Informationsbedürfnis. Und die ORGATEC hilft dabei, dieses Bedürfnis mit aktuellem Wissen und neuesten Erkenntnissen zu stillen. Und zwar in der Smart Building Arena.Sie zeigt den Branchenbeteiligten digitale Lösungen auf und stellt aktuelle Services und Produkte rund um die Themen Architektur, Smart Building und die Digitalisierung der Bau- und Immobilienbranche vor. Dabei bringt sie zusammen, was unbedingt zusammenkommen muss: junge innovative Unternehmen, Start-ups, Profis der Immobilienwirtschaft sowie Experten und etablierte Unternehmen der Baubranche. Mit einer innovativen Mischung aus einer Ausstellungsfläche für Start-ups und junge, innovative Unternehmen sowie einer Vortragsbühne bietet die Smart Building Arena in Halle 10.1 den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern die Gelegenheit, sich austauschen, ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen vorstellen und die neuesten Erkenntnisse aus Theorie und Praxis diskutieren.
Der Ivestors Day 2022 wird in Kooperation mit ART Invest, Colliers, Jones Lang Lasalle u. v. a. durchgeführt und stellt die Themen „Umgang mit Ressourcen“ sowie das nachhaltige Bauen in den Fokus, die in Panels, Vorträgen oder Podiumsdiskussionen vertieft werden. Denn angesichts der ökologischen Entwicklung ist das Thema Nachhaltigkeit bei der Entwicklung von Immobilien aktueller denn je.
Ein Themengebiet, das auch für Investorinnen und Investoren von größtem Interesse ist. Denn auch diejenigen, die bislang verstärkt Risiken und Renditen im Blick hatten, werden zukünftig in immer größerem Umfang nachhaltig investieren. Denn seit geraumer Zeit entwickeln sich ESG-Investments, also Beteiligungen mit dem Schwerpunkt "Environmental, Social and Governance" in Teilen sogar besser, als traditionelle Investments. Und viele erkennen jetzt, dass nachhaltig zu investieren, nicht automatisch mit dem Verzicht auf Rendite einhergeht.
Unterteilt ist das Vortragsprogramm des Investors Day in vier große Blöcke: Der Erste steht unter der Überschrift „Büroimmobilie aus der Nutzerperspektive“ und geht der Frage nach, wie die ESG Richtlinien die Entwicklung von Büroimmobilien beeinflussen. Um die Planung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Hotelprojekte oder das Thema Hotel und Co-working als ideale Kombination geht es im zweiten Block. Die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Immobilienbestände, die Automatisierung der Immobilienbranche und die digitale Transformation steht in einem weiteren Block im Fokus und das vierte Schwerpunktthema ist „Nachhaltiges Bauen“. Dabei geht es unter anderem um die Verwendung und Dokumentation nachhaltiger Baumaterialien, ressourceneffizientes und kreislaufgerechtes Bauen sowie die Frage, ob digitalisierte Smart Cities die Zukunft für klimaneutrale Städte darstellen können und werden.
Ein Besuch lohnt aber auch an den anderen Tagen, die mit weiteren Highlights, wie der Start-up Pitchnight und der Matchmaking Lounge gespickt sind.
Förderprogramme für junge und innovative Unternehmen
Insbesondere für die Start-ups und die jungen und innovativen Unternehmen kann eine Teilnahme an der Smart Building Arena auf der ORGATEC 2022 übrigens in doppelter Hinsicht lohnenswert sein. Neben der großen Chance, neue Kunden zu generieren und potenzielle Partner oder Investoren zu erreichen, erhalten sie für Ihren Auftritt auf der ORGATEC 2022 Unterstützung vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) in Form einer Beteiligung an den Teilnahmekosten. Die ORGATEC Smart Building Arena wird in Kooperation mit PropTech Powerhouse realisiert. Das Proptech Powerhouse vernetzt wertschöpfungsübergreifend die Akteure aus etablierten Unternehmen der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft mit PropTech-Startups und Institutionen. Gemeinsam wollen die Mitglieder die Entwicklung und die Umsetzung von praxistauglichen Lösungen im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung fördern.

If the pandemic taught us one thing, it was this: real estate properties are being used more flexibly all the time, while the requirements for their flexibility have increased enormously. Employees are looking for creative work spaces in office buildings, workplaces with the most professional atmosphere possible and sophisticated technical outfitting at home, or the possibility to work with concentration for a few hours while underway - for example, in a hotel. Architects, construction companies, investors, clients or pros from the real estate economy and companies operating buildings must therefore adapt their planning to new circumstances or focus today on entirely different advantages when marketing the building. There is in any case a very pronounced need for information among all participants. And ORGATEC helps to meet this need with up to date knowledge and the latest findings. This in the Smart Building Arena.It points out digital solutions to industry participants and presents current services and products revolving around the themes of architecture, smart building and the digitalisation of the construction and real estate industries. In the process, it brings together what absolutely belongs together: young, innovative companies, start-ups and pros from the real estate economy, as well as experts and established companies of the construction industry. With an innovative mix of an exhibition area for start-ups and young, innovative companies, as well as a lecture stage, the Smart Building Arena in Hall 10.1 offers participants the opportunity to exchange ideas, present their products and services and discuss the latest findings from theory and practice.
Focus on sustainability
The Investors Day 2022 will be carried out in cooperation with ART Invest, Colliers, Jones Lang Lasalle and many others, and focuses on the themes of handling resources and sustainable building, which will be discussed in greater detail in panels, lectures and panel discussions. This because, given the environmental situation, the issue of sustainability is more important in property development than ever before.
A topical area that is also of the greatest possible interest to investors. This is because, even those who were already increasingly looking at risks and revenues will pay continually increasing attention to sustainable investment in future. After all, for quite some time now, ESG investments, meaning holdings with an "Environmental, Social and Governance" focus, are in some cases developing even more positively than traditional investments. Many people are also noticing that sustainable investment does not automatically mean sacrificing earnings.
The lecture programme of Investors Day is divided into four large blocks: the first has the motto "office real estate from a user perspective" and examines the question of how ESG guidelines are influencing the development of office real estate. The second block is about the planning and realisation of sustainable hotel projects or the theme of hotel and co-working as an ideal combination. The focus of another block is on the development of sustainable real estate holdings, the automation of the real estate sector and digital transformation, while the fourth area of focus is on "Sustainable Building". Important here, among other aspects, is the use of and documentation of sustainable building materials, resource-efficient and cycle-compatible building, as well as the question of whether digitalised smart cities can and will be the future for climate-neutral cities.
However, it also pays to visit on the other days, which offer their own highlights, such as the StartUp Pitchnight and the Matchmaking Lounge.
